What type of jobs do you typically work?

We focus on MANUFACTURING and ENGINEERING positions of all sorts. Hard to find, professional-level talent is our sweet spot but we are well equipped to handle every opening from entry-level production staff to C-suite executives. Check out some of our RECENT PLACEMENTS here.

 

What are your fees?
Our standard, direct-hire contingency fees generally range from 20-30% of the placed candidate’s first-year salary. The rate depends on various factors including the number and type of requisitions, exclusivity, guarantee periods, and more. We also offer billable hourly plans for companies looking to hire fast and frequently - think RPO but better.

 

Uh, what the heck is RPO?

Most people know it as Recruitment Process Outsourcing. We shy away from the term because, with us, you won’t be outsourcing anything. You’ll be temporarily hiring the internal recruiting team you wish you could permanently afford. How much do you charge job seekers?
NOTHING! We work for you, for free, to find a fabulous new opportunity. If you can’t find the job you’re looking for on our full list of open positions, don’t despair. We are ridiculously well-connected and can likely help you get your foot in the door wherever you’re looking to land. Here are a bunch of other REASONS TO WORK WITH A RECRUITER.

Okay, what’s Outplacement?
Great question! Outplacement services are how we help companies change faces and employees face changes. OP includes professional resume writing, interview help, job coaching, and such. Outplacement is available to individuals and recommended for companies who really care about employees they have to let go. MORE HERE.

 

Do you have any remote opportunities available?

Due to the “on-hands” nature of the manufacturing and engineering industries, the majority of our jobs are on-site. When a job does offer remote flexibility, first, we get stoked, then we advertise it. It’ll be listed under location on our website and at the top of the job description. Also, unless otherwise noted, all positions are full-time, direct hire, and require authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

 

But do YOU offer sponsorship?
Again, all of our positions are direct hire, meaning you’ll work for our partner from day one. As such, sponsorship is up to them. When a client is able to offer sponsorship, again, we get stoked and spread the word. There is a HUGE UPSIDE TO OFFERING SPONSORSHIP but it can be a risky, costly proposition, especially for smaller organizations.

 

Where do you operate?

We are based remotely in Salt Lake City, Utah, with home offices throughout the state as well as in Colorado (MEET THE TEAM). The Mountain West is our stomping grounds but we have had success filling positions throughout the U.S. We have also helped dozens of people RELOCATE to our great state. Current clients operate throughout Utah from Logan to St. George and nearly everywhere in between.
