HR Manager

Location: Price, Utah

Reports to: Director of HR 

Compensation: $120 - $140K + Bonus 

 

Requirements & Responsibilities of HR Manager:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, preferably within a manufacturing or related environment
  • Strong ability to connect with workforce, manage employee relations, and build relationships with a foundation of trust
  • Provide support and guidance to managers and leadership in regard to employee development, discipline, and coaching
  • Support strategic approach within the organization
  • Oversee benefits programs, enrollment, auditing, and compliance
  • Manage, administer, and ensure compliance within all HR functions/programs including FMLA, ADA, DOL, HIPAA, state and federal laws, etc.
  • Demonstrates ethical behavior and consistency while helping the business achieve success
  • Experience with payroll and HRIS systems – interstate payroll and employment experience highly preferred
  • PHR, SPHR, or HRCI certification highly preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred

Chemical Process Engineer    

Location: Salt Lake City, UT  

Reports to: CEO

Compensation: $70K - $100K

 

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Chemical Process Engineer:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field required
  • Prefer 3+ years of experience as a chemist and/or chemical engineer in a laboratory setting
  • Bring a strong foundation of transitioning compounds from lab creation to commercial production
  • Proven ability to scale reactions and products to larger quantities for production
  • Strong knowledge of chemistry processes and engineering principles
  • Outstanding analytical skills
  • Experience building diagrams, flowcharts, and other documents and utilizing modeling/simulation software
  • Knowledge of federal regulations and a desire to support and maintain them in the work environment
  • Continuous improvement mindset to improve existing processes to reduce cost and increase reliability, purity, and safety
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving to find solutions for technical challenges
  • Developing synthetic plans, and designing and running test experiments for large-scale use
  • Experience working with flow chemistry setup
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
