Project Manager

Compensation: $100K+, plus bonus  

 

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Project Manager:  

  • 3+ years of successful project management experience.
  • Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills to ensure on-time, quality project completion.
  • Familiarity with project management software.
  • Strong big-picture thinking and careful attention to detail.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities; additional Spanish proficiency a plus.
  • Exceptional standards and work ethic.
  • Ability to work outdoors year-round.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. 
  • Utilize project management software to manage all field aspects of projects across the state of Idaho.
  • Prioritize and execute tasks to meet project timelines.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy.

Accounting Manager    

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting. Master’s degree and CPA preferred.
  • 7+ years of professional accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience managing accounting teams.
  • Cost accounting and ERP system (MS Business Central 365, D365, or other SaaS-based system) experience highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to provide strategic financial support to upper management.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Manage accounting staff, including training team, directing duties, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Manage the general ledger and perform month and year-end closings, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
  • Oversee third-party audits, payroll duties, cost accounting, and tax filings.
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting support to other departments.

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Sales Engineer:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Plastics, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering preferred. 
  • 5+ years’ experience in plastics, injection molding, manufacturing, sales, engineering, business development, and/or customer management. 
  • Deep understanding of plastics and plastic injection molding processes.
  • Ability to travel to tradeshows and customer sites.
  • Strong project management and design process flow skills. 
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.

Chemical Process Engineer

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Chemical Process Engineer:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field required
  • Prefer 3+ years of experience as a chemist and/or chemical engineer in a laboratory setting
  • Bring a strong foundation of transitioning compounds from lab creation to commercial production
  • Proven ability to scale reactions and products to larger quantities for production
  • Strong knowledge of chemistry processes and engineering principles
  • Outstanding analytical skills
  • Experience building diagrams, flowcharts, and other documents and utilizing modeling/simulation software
  • Knowledge of federal regulations and a desire to support and maintain them in the work environment
  • Continuous improvement mindset to improve existing processes to reduce cost and increase reliability, purity, and safety
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving to find solutions for technical challenges
  • Developing synthetic plans, and designing and running test experiments for large-scale use
  • Experience working with flow chemistry setup
